The course provides all the emergency team members with the opportunity to experience practical training sessions which would not be possible to in ordinary workplaces.

Practical session

• Selection and use of firefighting means for fires extinction
• Selection and use of portable firefighting equipment for fires extinction
• Selection and use of foam equipment for fire extinction and how to secure an area
• Wearing, use, checks and autonomy control of airway protective devices
• Search and rescue of an injured person
• How to establish and keep effective communications, communication equipment

Practical training includes

1. Class A fires
2. Class B fires (hydrocarbons, outdoor)
3. Class B fires (hydrocarbons, enclosed spaces)
4. Class C fires
5. Search and rescue of an injured person
6. Emergency in confined spaces
7. Rescue of an injured person in a work area positioned at a height of 2-4 meters with a narrow access
